I am going to be resizing some jacketed pulls.. I have done them in the past BUT it was done without lube so I was wondering bout hitting them with some case lube this time around?

Definitely worth it. Most bullets are tumbled after final forming which removes most of the residual lubricant. There is still a tiny bit that cannot be removed but it isn't enough to matter.
