So I recently got 1000+ LC primmed brass for a steal. They are pulled brass. I've done some researching so I have a pretty good idea of what to do, but thought I would verify with you all.

I need to resize them. I use the imperial resizing wax. I really don't want to deprime them when I size. But I have to run them through a tumbler to get the wax off... And this also means that I will have to ream out the primer pockets as well to reprime them. I've read that it's ok to use the primers over.

Am I on the right track? Or am I just worrying too much about the wax and just load after resizing? I have a progressive LNL so reprimming them isn't so bad I guess. It's just that damn reaming!! Thanks guys

I would pull the deprimer pin out and resize them leaving the primers in place.  Then I'd wipe the excess lube off with a rag, reload and tumble the loaded rounds to finish cleaning the lube off the cases.

Bob nailed it.  He listed the easiest way to do it.

That's the way I wanted to do it just saw a lot of conflicting thoughts when I searched it. Thanks for the reassurance!

No reason to make it any harder than it has to be.

I purchased 1K from Widener's right before it sold out.

What I did was remove the decapping rod/expander from my neck die. I then run a few through the neck die w/o lube. Neck tension will be tight afterwards obviously.

I loaded up 5 with 147 gr FMJ and crimped them. They passed my case gauge and fired fine. Expect a decrease in accuracy. I experienced a loss of about 1/4 to 1/2 MOA over a comparable load.

If you want to load for accuracy, you'll have to go the long route of decapping.

If the brass is new (unused), it doesn't need to be sized.  Just size the neck* to get back to proper neck tension, then finish the reloading process.

*  You can use your FL sizing die for this (after removing the decapper) and raising the die up a smidge in the press.

What others have said:
Just neck resize to get the tension and thats it.
I have a neck sizer die and so just use a dry lube, get it done and load up!
