I have an EMF/Rossi 92. WHen new it loaded anything I would feed it .38's or .357's. Lately it stopped loading .38 at all. They jam it up. >357 loads fine, but the .38 will jam it up. When I work the lever fast, the round does not lift, it is as if the round that is in the magazine is protruding just enough to stick up the lifter. If I watch it slowly, the round starts to lift as normal but the following round shoots out of the magazine and tip the round straight up, jamming it. There is a published fix for .38 feed by shimming the right cartridge guide, which I did to no avail. Any ideas?
