So exactly what is involved in building an SBR or AOW legally?

| Building yourself the tax for either is 200 per item, if it started as a shoulder fired weapon at the factory, it becomes a short shotgun, if it started life as a pistol gripped only or receiver only then it becomes AOW never can have a buttstock. If you buy an AOW the tax is 5 but 200 if you build it. |
