I'm looking to build an SBR ar-15 and I can't get a straight answer from any body. I've gone to the ATF website and it looks like you have fill out form 1. I want to register a lower I already have. I also noticed you need to get finger printed. Do I just go to my local State Police Berricts to get that done? Also, it looks like I have to engrave my lower as well. With what my name and location? I don't want to sound like a broken record. I just want to make sure I'm doing everything as legeal as possible. If any one can help I would be gratefull....
