| I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything. For overall length, is it measured from the end of the barrel or the end of the rail if it happens to be longer than the barrel? |

If the rail is in any way removable, it is still measured to the end of the barrel. If the rail is permanently mounted to either the receiver or the barrel, it is measured from the end of whichever is longer (in your case, the rail). Permanent mounting would require welding, high-temp silver soldering, or blind-pinning the rail to the barrel or receiver. |

Might as well; sending paperwork together doesn't even mean it gets returned together. Lots of times it does, but I have a buddy who sent in 3 sets of form 4s together and got them all back at different times. |
