I'm new to the SBR world, can I buy the upper while the form 1 is pending, this will be my first AR so it would not constitute "constructive pocession", because I just own a lower and it will be secured at an in-laws house that does not own ANY AR type rifles. I already have my F4 in hand for a HALO suppressor so I'm not worried about the Form 1 not getting approved. When I do buy the upper will the dealer ask me to produce a copy of the Form 1 or what ? You can buy the upper or barrel without needing an approved form. You are aware of the constructive possession issue, so take proper steps to avoid problems. |
