Who makes and where can one get a case specifically for a 11.5"
SBR preferably a discreet styled one?

I picked up a Blackhawk case on Ebay for around $60.

Tac Force makes them in almost any size you could need.

I bought the 22" for my 9mm AR w/ 5" barrel then later found that there is also room for my 11.5" upper in the same case. I call it my briefcase of death.

I'm sure they have a size that will work for your commando, and they are actually pretty nice cases.

Giffman did a group buy last summer of Eagle Discreet Cases for 16" barrel ARs in very un-tactical blue. They look like athletic bags. I'd like to see those or something similar sized for an SBR, which would also be the right size for just a 16" upper.
