Ran a 9mm Boresnake through my Scar 17. Got it through, but it was difficult, as it was oversized. I doubt that it caused any damage to the rifling but wanted to confirm with you all. Thanks

You did more damage to the bore snake than the bore snake could ever hope to do to that barrel.
