Between the SEF and Navy lowers, which one feels better after a long range session?  Which brands/types use a better kind of plastic that will withstand rougher usage?

I am sticking with the original lower.

The navy lower is the exact same as the stock one. I have had mine on for 5k+ and have not had any problems with it. I don't know what you mean by which one will feel better?  It doesn't dig into your hands or anything if that's what you mean. I would go with an ICS lower.

I prefer the SEF, I have bigger hands and it fits better.  I also like the ergonomics.

If you are a lefty....NAVY all the way.

SEF is a PAIN being a lefty. it also doesnt have ambi levers unless use the GSG selector.

I used an ICS navy lower and its awesome. u just lose the selector stop. (which u can make with epoxy)
