As far as I know you can adjust the trigger only so far.  Read the Armorer's Manual in the self-titled thread for instructions it don't require a smith.  You should only adjust it far enough that it meets the rear stopper and pushes against it to break.  If you adjust it more you are just going to get a mushy single stage mess.  Get a 4mm and 7mm wrench and adjust away.

Super light trigger

I'd suggest you adjust and see if you can satisfy yourself first before you put in a trigger that touchy on a semi-auto rifle.  My $0.02.
