Has anyone seen this on the SIG site yet?

Since the brace is not designed or intended to be used from the shoulder (even though you can use it from the shoulder) it is not NFA. Its same thing as butting the pistol AR buffer tube to your shoulder.
Is shouldering your pistol AR buffer tube to your shoulder illegal now ? Nope. |

The ATF letter they include with it says quite clearly "We find that the device is not designed or intended to fire a weapon from the shoulder." Looks like it may be lots of fun, but I cannot for the life of me use the sights w/ it attached to my forearm, but it'd point quite nicely. I've put it on my 22 pistol so I'll see how it works. |

I've put it on my 22 pistol so I'll see how it works. edited to add: OK. I've figured out how to shoot it w/ it strapped to my arm. Can't hold it in front of me. You have to hold it straight out to the side. Here's what it looks like.
