Any info on the SOG Jungle Canopy is it chicom junk or is it good to go ?
Looking at it the edge grind doesn't seem like it would be a good camp knife. |

seems fine to me......... the steel is 8Cr13MoV ? not sure about this steel since my sogs are all Aus 8 but it might be appropriate for hacking away in the bush

I received the Sog Jungle Canopy today and for a 49.00 price tag I am very happy.
I got a chance to use it today I helped a neighbor clear some brush and it is a very good chopper. The factory edge is nice and does very well for a factory edge. I am going to go into the woods tomorrow for further testing. |
