Ok, I'm not affiliated with them.
Last saturday, I bought a double headed axe for a friend's birthday. He loves anything knife/sword etc related. Anyways, the store that I purchased it at had misplaced the nylon sheath that comes with it. No big deal, they knocked down the price. I figured that I'd just order one from SOG. I had to wait till monday to call them. I unfortunately can't remember the guy's name who answered the phone but after I explained the situation he checked their website and saw (as I had seen) that it's not specifically on the website for purchase. Which is why I didn't just order it on saturday. He put me on hold for less than a minute and when he came back, he informed me that they would just send me one for FREE. He got my info, and said that it would be mailed out on tuesday. I received it on thursday and they also threw in one of those little credit card sized tool logic emergency tools. I was really impressed with their customer service so felt I should write it up here. TS11 |
