I am thinking about looking for a nice SP89 to buy, but don't really know much about them, so I have a few questions. How hard will it be to find a nice one? How much should I expect to pay? I really want the PDW look (origanally wanted a BW89PDW),can the choate folding stock and vertical "k" grip be added to the SP89? I think they can after a $200 tax stamp is paid...right? If these can be added to form a "PDW", can you please explain this tax stamp to me? is it a one time tax? after paying $200 I could add them both? Thanks for any info you can provide!! |
| there are lots of 89's for sale, most seem to be priced kinda high(3.5-4K). I picked up what apeared to be an unfired 89 last year for $3K with a bunch of mags. Seems 3k is on the low end but I have seen a few for sale for that price. Even without the stock or K grip its a damn fun gun, WA state does not allow SBR :( |
