Stand it straight up, muzzle towards the ground, and drop some oil down into the latching mechanism and wait about 20 minutes.

Put some force on it.

Let's see if we got this right, you screwed a hot silencer onto a cold barrel/mount then got it hot?
I wish you luck. That's about as bad a combo as you'll find. I would try standing it barrel down, spray lots of pb blaster or kroil on the threads and tapping the silencer gently with a rubber hammer. Tapping it on the muzzle end softly should help the oil work down into the threads then it's strap wrench time.

I could be wrong but I always hit my threads with a  tiny dab of high temp anti-seize when I install the silencer.
When you put metal together it's always a good idea to have similar temps.

Go shoot the can again and get it hot. It will likely come off then. Just bring an oven mitt!

What exactly is binding? The locking ring, retention teeth, or ACME threads...or all of the above?

My silencers get stuck all the time, especially firing on F/A. If it's really stuck, I take the can and put it in a vise (protected with the rubber insert, so as to not damage the can). Then I twist it loose.

Don't use this method if the registered part of your gun is the receiver. It will damage the trunion by loosening it. I use this method on host guns that are replaceable.

Btw, there really is no such thing as a truly F/A rated silencer. I've melted the internals and parts of several silencers.
