I fondled the SR9 recently and was very impressed save the trigger. It had to be 10 lbs at least. That's a shame considering the glock trigger shoe and the thumb safety as part of the safety system. There's really no need for the lawyer trigger with the redundant safety systems. I wasn't able to break the pistol down and look at the internals to see of there were areas of engagement that could be polished. Has anyone bought an SR9 and improved the trigger pull by polishing the internals or are there any 'smiths out there that can improve it? |

I cleaned the packing grease out of mine, lubed it really well, removed the magazine safety.. and the trigger was still ass. Like you said, I was impressed with it other than that, it's unfortunate. Sometimes a $400 gun is a $400 gun for a reason. is there instructions somewhere to remove the magazine safety? |
