Is it still possible to order a Factory SR9 barrel from H&K? Looking to swap out a shot out barrel on my H&K91. Any idea on cost?

Not going to happen,

Your choices are either one of the production barrels out there (JLD, FMP and so on), or to have barrel blank turned and chambered (read will be like a year wait to get it done).

A friend  of mine has one for sale, it's a "new" take-out, he's asking $475 though. if interested pm me I'll send his contact info. It's factory HK and he's a straight up guy.

Have for sale a HK SR9 barrel that was remove from a new rifle. Barrel dosent show any signs of being shot. Date coded JA B8 has the eagle looking stamp on the trunion journal and a K stamped between that and the date code. Barrel has the triple tree on it and has the HK factory black coating. Barrel is perfect in and out. Has the polygonal rifling, which is brite and shiney. $465.00 + $10 shipping in lower 48

If I recall correctly, there's a specific bolt head for polygonal HK barrels.

Nope.  The only differance between the poly and a standard land and groove barrel is just the bore rifling.
