| Should the aug style magazines drop free when you the release? My mags seems to go in and out of the gun with a fair amount of drag. Thanx in advance. Jeff |

I got a Gen3 STG stock from Dave and I don't know what happened but my 30's and 42's Loaded and unloaded WILL drop free every time.
My Gen2 stock would not allow that at all. I had to pull them out. Jennifer's STG Gen1 won't drop free either. I just went to see it it would. Have to pull the mags out as well. |

Mine is a gen IV w/o F/A, Serial 1116X, so it should be the latest. Mags must be pulled out. I just got back from the range and I was very impressed, other than Wolf is too weak to cycle it, but it was cold today and it probably needs a few hundred rounds to break in. I did have one round of SS109 that short cycled, the rest were fine.

Yup, still wouldn't lock back the bolt, nor feed a second round. Wolf is weak and it was cold here in MI, 28 degrees. I only have 50 rounds of 5.56 thru it so, we'll see how it goes after a couple hundred more rounds of 5.56. Jeff |
