how is CETME pronounced is it just "set-me"

I've seen guys say "FAL" instead of spelling it out "F-A-L". Same goes for "SAR-1". It is really "S-A-R-1". I have heard the Frachi SPAS-12 both spelled out and pronounced "spaws" and the Steyr AUG both spelled out and pronounced "awg" (rhyming with dog). I'm unsure as to the correct way on the SPAS-12.
