I tried a search, but my search-fu is weak.

I just heard about the Kel-Tec SU-22 and was wondering if anyone here had any info on them . I see a few on the auction sights so i would think someone here would have had a chance to play with one. I am wondering about accuracy, reliability, and ETA on the pistol grip version. Apparently this one was at shotshow:

I don't have one, but it sounds like a good plinker.  You can get one for less than $350, but add another $95 for the aftermarket collapsible stock.

I'd be all over that, especially in the 350 range. Cant seem to find it in that config anywhere though.

according to Kel Tec the pistol grip/ar stock option is on the works (listed on their website) but not yet in full production. Now, this accessory is listed for 90 dollars, plus the cost of the stock. So this config, with an uber-cheap CAR stock the whole thing will be like $475, which puts it into GSG territory.

I am really interested in hearing some real world experience with the SU22. But we seem to be short on that around here.

If its reliable,Id go for that over a GSG. Ill be watching these close.

I found the SU-22CA in stock at $299 plus fees at dealer cost.

I may have to have my dealer get me one.....then wait for the stock deallly.

I've seen the plr 22, and the su 22 for sale in Houston, at the gunshows.  but have no range reports yet.  I can't decide on the pros and cons of each, and which one to get.
I like the idea of the plr , since I allready have a plr 223.  I really like the idea of a
collapse stock on the su22 though...
prices were 299 for the plr, and 329 for the su...

When I first heard of them I was like , but I think they are growing on me.  Would be cheaper than a dedicated AR, use easy to find mags, and be a little cooler than a 10/22 in a tapco stock.

I can wait, let my penny saving begin.

since we cant find any accuracy or reliability reports i have come up with something that i think will please everyone.

We can all pitch in and buy one of these puppies and someone can put it through its paces and post a detailed report...

There have been a few positive reviews on KTOG.

If I see one reasonably priced at either of the two gun shows coming up I'm going to get it.
