| Hey I just picked this up from a friend who needed cash bad, paid $800.00 NIB never fired. Did I do good or what. He bought it in 10/2001. |

SW5's are reportadly very hit or miss. If you have problems, Jayson at Investment Grade Firearms could make it right. He does SW5 work. |

As a '99, it will be a cast receiver, not an exact replica of the mp5/94 receiver. The later SW receivers are stamped (and are almost exact copies). I've got both a SW3 (the hk91 clone) and SW5-FS (hk94 w/fake surpressor & stamped receiver).. no problems. You'll have to break it in with more than a handfull of preferably hot +p or +p+ rounds to loosen it up. I don't know the exacts of the "A" model you're referring to though. Some early models required some tweaking (usually extractor changes), but Todd generally will square it up. Jayson at IGF is really good if you want an independent armorer to fix anything wrong with the gun. |

I think you're hk'dicted. Pretty soon you'll buy a sear, and then pickup a few more HK variants (for 223, 308, 45acp, 762x39....) for mags, check out pof-usa their mags are hk contract, and work really well, I've got 4 of them besides my 4 hk and they all work great. -k |
