Just a note to let everyone know that SWR has now become SWR Manufacturing LLC. Based in Laurens, South Carolina.

Joe Gaddini is still part of this new company. We haven't put him out to pasture yet, he is just taking a need break. He mainly will be working as an advisory role and working R&D, while Henry, William, and I will take care of all the day to day SWR business. That being said, I'm personally not letting Joe out. Joe is what made SWR, "SWR".

The warranty coverage for pre-exisiting SWR products will be handled by the new company. Information and questions regarding products, pricing, etc., should be directed to either Henry Graham or myself. You will find that SWR is much more responsive wth email these days.

We are going to be releasing some of the 2007 products very soon, they mostly are improvements on the existing products.

I was looking at the drawings for the UZI Trident mount yesterday, that should be out soon (finally)

We have prototype parts for a new QD mount for the 5.56 suppressors and the 7.62 to follow shortly after. Just to give a little taste ... 1/2 turn with no moving parts to bind up.

SWR will continue to improve and continue to offer the best customer service in the business.

You should see some more marketing coming from us soon, items like T-shirts and stickers.

More to come ...

Thanks for the news, I've been waiting on the QD 7.62.

Any chance you guys will start making an integral Ruger 22/45 again?

That's awesome news, Matthew.  I look forward to seeing (and hearing!) your new products.  Best of luck to you guys.

Ok!   Now I know why my trident has taken so long!   You guys have been sort of tied up!   Heck, I got a MG transfered on form 3 and 1/2 way through form 4 since I first ordered my trident.
I can't wait to get it on my 7" 9mm AR!

(not meant as a mad gripe at all, I am just glad to know that yall are going through some transition and haven't just forgotten about my can )

It would actually be the HEMSII in .40, but yes we are talking about it.

I'm sure they haven't forgotten anything.  All companies go through those (sometimes painful) growing processes.  Heck, I'm getting slammed with IMs and e-mails that are taking me a couple days to get through.  So, I can relate to some level and I'm just a dealer.  I can't imagine having to ramp up production machinery.

If anything, this move will better position SWR to turn out product faster.  That's been my only minor complaint of SWR in the past - good stuff but get more out quicker.

Please send me an email and I'll look into your Trident. We have them in stock, so I'm a bit confused.

Can't rush good quality without losing a little quality.

My dealer explained it like this.....  SWR = Farari, the other makers = Chevy

Joe mentioned this to me a while back.  Looks like SWR will be in good hands.  I look forward to that as I've had great support with Joe in the past.

I had been bugging him about the UZI Trident mount back then and I know he mentioned it was on the back burner.

Joe mentioned back then they were planning on making it so you would use an unmodified UZI barrel.

I don't mind cutting an UZI barrel down so the mount isn't so long.  I don't see how you can make the mount short if you use an unmodified UZI barrel.

Good luck, I look forward to seeing the new products.
