Earlier in the year I demo'd the can on my 20" AR and my dealer's 14.5" M4. The M4 was noticeably louder but still comfortable shooting it outdoors without hearing protection.
I finally got my stamp after 5 months and tried it on a 16" AR. Great sound suppression again, almost like a 10/22 outdoors. After messing with it for a while figuring out how to attach and remove it, I can do it quickly now. It's not the most intuitive mount but spend a few minutes with it at home and it makes sense. Definitely beats buying a $100+ mount for each 5.56 rifle. The flash hiders on the rifles I've tried it on so far have been Bushmaster, S&W, and LMT. FYI, The manual recommends replacing the crush washer with a peel washer to be 100% sure the A2 flash hider is lined up with the bore.
I'll try to get a pic of it mounted later, I don't have my AR with me at the moment.

Um yeah? I will second that statement...
I've been looking at the SpecWar... but have always been interested in these too...

Agreed- you replaced the $100 proprietary item with a $6-$8 item found at any decent parts store on the web.
