| I know I need the 1/2x28 LCD for my Lone Wolf Glock 23 barrel. My question being, can I shoot the LCD on other fixed barrel firearms like a 9mm AR15 or do I need to purchase the 1/2x28 Fixed mount? Will shooting the LCD on fixed barrel firearms damage the LCD? |

MY concerns would be two fold - gunking it up (which can be cleaned) and weakening the springs. But I really don't think either are major worries. But then, isn't a fixed mount like about $60? An ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure. |

The LCD on a fixed barrel could possibly damage the gun, suppressor or both. You're better off using the .5x28.
