I had my electronic safe locks replaced with manual S&G 6730's. The locksmith replaced them both during the one visit. One mechanical dial is very smooth and turns easliy. The other mechanical dial is stiff. No issues with the stiffer one unlocking. Both on the same brand of safe [custom]. No response from the installer or [2] other locksmiths I have called to come and look at it. Have been this way for over a year and it just bugs me. Is this probably an easy fix I can take care of myself if I remove the inner door panel? I have the change key and frankly I wouldn't trust any of them to work on it now. |
