Quick question about the Schedule A. I currently have nothing in my Schedule A, but my wife and I both have things in the Schedule B and C. Should I throw some joint property in there like some $$ or silver ect for the Schedule A, or since I have to send the whole stinking trust in anyway, will it not matter since I have stuff in the Schedule B and C?

I've also read that if it's your first NFA item, the Schedule A should be blank. I'm kindof confused...

Im new to stamp collecting too, but I sent my first 2 forms in with A blank and then the next 2 forms with a dollar in the A.... Now my first SBR form 1 was approved and I just got the stamp the other day. That A was blank. I here its a picky subject, so save yourself some doubt and add a dollar to A. Then no worries.

I'm no lawyer, but doesn't the Schedule A list the property in the Trust?  If you don't have the NFA item listed on the Schedule A then it isn't property of the Trust and a transfer and registration of that NFA item to the Trust wouldn't be valid.

I have always went ahead and put the item I have filled out the stamp for on my schedule A.  Unless it is for a form 1 silencer build That is what I would recommend since you own it the min you pay for it even though you can not possess it.

Numerous A items here,  First one was on the A when the trust went in for the first time.  I have always listed the applied for item as the next in line item on the A.
