Thought it was relevant in HF, but didn't have many hits or conclusive info.

I've always submitted Schedule A because I was told it was required.

i have always submitted one.

a friends first one was approved w/o sched. A, his second was kicked back for not having it.

not same state as you though

My understanding is one needs to be sent to show the trust is funded, but that's it.

I always send a full copy of my RLT, including Sch A. On my first stamp, a Form 1 SBR, they didn't ask for it to be notarized since it was a copy, but since then everything else has been on F4s so they usually notarize it while I'm signing the Form 4s and Cert of Compliance.
