[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Schedule A listing question

My Trust is from back in 2006, and the Schedule A stated "NFA Items". I had a can approved in 2008 with the schedule A listed as such. Will it still work or do I need to amend the trust to specify the item on a new form 1?

Not a lawyer!
I know I was instructed to list each item specifically (by the lawyer who constructed my trust). Each time I send a new Form 4, I put the new item on a new Schedule A (by itself) and include it in the paper work.

The NFA examiner over Florida recommended not sending in an updated schedule A and to only send a copy of your trust and original schedule A.

I update my Schedule A when a new item is received, so it is an accurate listing of all the items which belong to the trust. I do not send the updated copy to the ATF though, when submitting a form, I submit the original Schedule A from when the trust was formed, which simply lists $10.
