It's a probably older Leupy MK4. If you look close at the intersection of the windage and elevation knobs you can see the arrow and direction (R) that they have marked on them.

I'm thinking Nightforce 3.5-15x50 due to the focus, power adjustment knob, and elevation/windage knurling pattern.
