I will probably be getting the Ferret upper and the Super Sniper 20X scope. What rings are recommended? What height will I need? What brand etc? Thanks for the suggestions.

Ask Dave at Spider Firearms what height scope rings you'll need as he's sure to know. The two standards are Badger Ord. and Leupold Mk-IV rings, be sure to get the right diameter to match the scope tube (1" or 30mm).
