I know I'll get replies that SecureIt cabinets are just that and not safes. I understand that and I am comfortable with it. I wanted to make this thread because we usually only communicate when we have negative experiences. I just wanted to let the hive know that I had a recent interaction with the (admittedly) sales/operations team at SecureIt and they were very, very helpful. Long story short I felt that their shipping prices were unacceptable and let them know via feedback. I was contacted the next day and provided with a one time coupon code that made the difference for me. Enjoy the weekend everyone. |
