Does the Sig 716 use a standard ar15 trigger parts or is that Sig only like everything else Sig makes?

Standard trigger group. I have SSAs in both of mine.

Good to know and thanks. I have put Wilson Combat TTU's in three of my AR15's and the trigger is fantastic. I'm putting one in my 716 next now that I know they take regular AR15 triggers.

Yup, standard AR trigger group. I replaced my with a Geissele SSA with no problem. Big improvement too.
