Would you buy one for $550? It looks to be in great shape.

I think it would make a great match for my Underwood Carbine.

I have heard of a Chicago Typewriter, but after getting a Smith Corona & a Underwood, then I just need an IBM rifle.

Is the S-C all original?  Is it at least "correct"?  If original and in decent shape, $550 would be a good price.

It may be a S-C receiver with a mix-master parts kit.

I will check it out again on Monday. The receiver looks to be in great shape.
