62k CUP is well sbouve SAAMI specs.
The max average pressure for the 308/7.62 is 52k CUP
Quick load uses PSI not CUP.

I see, well it is rated for 60,000 PSI, so if anyone can help then look for varget load with 60,000 PSI with a 163/165gr. projectile in a 308 from a 16 inch barrel. What is the max velocity?
