I am looking to add something big to my collection. With the new laws in CT, I am pretty sure the ship has sailed on me getting a 50bmg (if anyone understands the law and can shed light on it for me, please do). I had the Serbu BFG-50 semi on my list as well as the Noreen Bad news in 300 Win Mag, but being semi's with pistol grips I think those are out. Currently my biggest guns are a pair of Romak PSL's and an AR-10. So that leaves me where?
Here are the only guns I can think of to fit the hole in my collection. I would also like something big to have AP ammo options.. Armalite AR-30a in either 300wm or 338LP Something bolt action in 416 Barrett (but ammo cost is more than 50 and no AP ammo) |
| I'm really looking for something military-ish. Most of my collection is EBR's. If I could find out if CT banned the 50BMG I could narrow down my choices. My dream would be the BFG-50a and a Browning M2... That would probably fill in the gap of my collection nicely. |
