I got a good deal on a PP Glock 21 from him.

Certified PRE-Owned weapons are Factory Direct, and very hard to get.

Surplus weapons are usually found at the normal Surplus Vendors when they are on the market.

The CPO stuff is what I was interested in. I have a few sources for buy backs.

So do you know the criteria for dealing factory direct?
