Has anyone ever sent their knives back to Spyderco to get sharpened?

Yup, about two-three years ago. They wound up keeping it for 30 days due to a svrew-up on their end. Nice gal apologized and sent it back sharpened, FedEx, free. I think it's normally 7-10 days and about $10 + shipping.
