To Wood or not to Wood? Just received my G3 wood set from RTG. I was pumped up for the wood look but now that it here and on I'm kind of torn. What do you guy's think?

OR?

I kind of like the two tone look with the park on the flash suppressor, forearm ends and the stock.

Love it.

I just wish I could get a nice recoil pad for my wood stock. The LOP is too short.

Both.  The nice thing about HKs is you can change the look in less than 5 minutes. The wood look great.

I like the look of wood furniture on HK's.

How's the condition of your RTG stock set? from the photo it looks to be excellent.

I've done the same thing.
I have 3 different sets of furniture for mine.
All wood
Narrow black front, regular stock
Wide black front (w/bipod), collapsable stock
It is fun to mix and match!

Not too shabby at all. Some character marks. But overall great.
