I am thinking about a couple of these pgms.
Anyone participate in them? Do you get stuck with any slow moving stuff this way? TIA |

How do these programs work? Glock gives you lower pricing on 15 pistols of your choice, you also get some free promotional items (shirts signs etc). Glock requires a store front and minimum amount of hours to be open (36 or 38 a week I think) In 2008 we talked to SIG about their dealer program and at that time SIG had a list of pistols and rifles that you MUST buy. No choice. The main benefit of becoming a SIG stocking dealer in 08, according to SIG, was stocking dealers would get first chance at the new P250 that just came out. |

Glock is fast because it comes from the distributer. I heard Sig is good, but the good thing is you only have to buy 3 or 5 guns, your choice. Haven't heard anything on their shipping times. My distributer says the Springfield Armory program is very very slow shipping, but if someone can prove that wrong thats the next one I'd like to do. |
