CCI Small Rifle Military Primers #41, I bought 1000 of them.  Because they are military primers do they have the crimp or need the crimp to use them, or does in mean their a tougher prime? HELP[>:/]

just means that they have a harder cup. The primer crimp is on the case head and reduces the chance of a primer backing out and causing a malfunction.

There's no common and reasonably simple method available for reloaders to recrimp primers.  It's not necessary anyway if the cases are usable.

A brave soul could try staking primers with a punch, but I expect not much hilarity would ensue.  If you don't know what "stake" means, then you definitely aren't ready to give it a try.  But if you do, I want to watch the video.

[Don't do it, it's dumb.]

If you are using surplus brass with crimped in primers, you'll want to remove the crimp before seating your new primers.
