Apologizing up front for this But would I need to get an FFL to sell gun parts and accesories from home - through a website. Like  AR 15 uppers receivers, barrels, LPK's... No guns(lower recievers, long guns, or pistols.)

Thanks.

No.

But by having an FFL you will get a dealer discount from the manufacturers- some of who will not sell in quantity to anyone but a dealer.

Thank's.  So, would a C&R FFL work?

It depends on the manufacturer. I have an 01FFL and can't open an account because I don't have an actual retail location.

A C&R will get you a discount at Brownells and a few others.

You can sell quite a bit of AR related firearms stuff w/o an FFL. But you will need a copy of your DBA and state sales tax cert. Thats how I got started.
