I was just going thru my safe and took out my SuperNova. Noticed the rear part of the stock was... I think the best way to put it is crooked.

Played with it for a second and the rear stock was just rotated a bit out of kilter. It took a little bit of force to get it back straight and it seems to cycle just fine, but if any force is applied in a twisting motion to the stock will spin.

This is my waterfowl gun and it took a lot of abuse in its first season, but just curious if this is normal and if not any suggestions on fixing it before I head back to Cabela's to have them look at it.

Thanks ahead of time.

You can always remove the buttpad and tighten up the buttstock bolt.

This.... I've never had an issue with mine though.

Check for damage inside the stock when you do this, but my bet is the stock bolt has just come loose and you'll be GTG when you tighten the bolt

That fixed it. Not sure how it got loose sitting in the closet since season ended, but it's good to go now.

Thanks for the help.
