Can anyone please tell me the specifics on how I can begin to sell suppressors, in PA?
I do alot of work with LE and have been asked on many occasions if I can provide this service. Thanks, Recon1911 |

Apply for your Type 01 FFL (with all that entails, a search of this forum will let you know what you need to do), then apply for your 03 SOT.
If you're already an FFL then you just need the SOT and you can start dealing. The SOT year runs from July 1 to June 30 so if you apply for it now, you'll have to pay again in mid-June. |
