i have a new Surefire weapon light # M962UM07, it has the ARMS throw lever to mount it on the rails but im having a problem....when i attempt to mount the light on the rail of my XCR, the ARMS mount is so tight that i cant get it to lock securely in place..it gets stuck 3/4 of way to locking position and  it feels like its going to break with anymore pressure.  I have an aimpont with ARMS throw and while it was tight when mounting it, its nowhere near as bad as this Surefire. my question is this, are the side  rails out of spec on the XCR or is the ARMS mount just too tight and should i force the isue and possibly break the lever??? just wondering what anyone elses experience mightve been...thanks for any and all help/advice

never force

unless it is a Knights RAS and you have a H bar

try it on a different rail maybe the upper reciver or on a different weapon that will tell you if it is the rail ot the mount that is out of spec
