| I have heard some very good thing about the swamp rat line of blades. So I am looking into getting one. But I can not find where to view there line of knives or where to buy them. There web page is just a letter from the president of the business, they have no product lineup or ordering info. Can somebody point me in the right direction of a web page or something where I can see their products and buy them? Thanks for any and all help. |

Swamp Rat, along with Busse Combat and Scrapyard Knives, only produce limited models for a limited amount of time. That's why one day you may see something on their website and the next day it's gone. The best way I've found to keep up to date on new models is to register on Bladeforums and check out the discussion forums for Swamp Rat. They make announcements there whenever something is added to the "Rat Shop". There is also a "for sale" forum specific to these brands of knives, and there are some good deals to be found. Busse, Swamp, and Scrap are all owned by members of the Busse family, but they are entirely independent of each other as businesses. IMHO you can't go wrong with a blade from any one of these companies. The loyal customers of these of these brands can and should be considered insane  .You'll find that out if you go to the forums. I myself have a Swamp Rat Uncle Mini Mojo EH3, a Ratmandu, a Scrapyard Yard Hook, and a Busse Badger BATAC. All are well worth the money both as users, and collectables. |
