Hope this is the right place...

I'm looking for a relatively cheap (or good value) tactical light for use in IDPA that is at least over 150 lumens, uses cr123 batteries, and has a switch or twist ring to cycle between the low, high and strobe modes.

Does something like this exist? TIA

4sevens quark tactical.

You twist the bezel to switch between whatever 2 modes you choose/ program in.

This is more like what I am looking for, thank you. I have used a Streamlight Pro-Tac 2, I think, and it is great, but I hate that tapping system to switch modes. Although it is interesting that I could just leave it on high, which may be perfect for what I need to use it for.

I really like the Fenix LD10 but it takes AA.

I too have a PT-1L and PT-HL, but yes, the switching modes is terrible on them.  I keep them around for non-tactical use.

I daily carry the quark as I can leave it in strobe for when I grab it in a hurry, or give it a twist and use it for EDC tasks.

Ended up buying the PD32. Great light, very very bright. Hope the switch holds up!

I have the PD 32 and it has held up a year so far.  I use it on night sar missions when i need to point at something  (use head lamp for navigation).  I like the second switch for mode change.
