I enjoy 'working' on my firearms as much as my skill level allows. Is it possible to smooth the trigger pull without sending it to a smith? Can some good polishing make a difference? Any help/input is appreciated. Thanks |

Hi, I just got a Taurus PT92 myself... Wollf makes replacement springs that will give you a smooth, less# trigger pull. I just posted for information for disassembly so I can install the Wollf Trigger Conversion Unit and lower poundage hammer spring. It is cheaper than a $50 trigger job from gunsmith. And...I get to take my gun apart and put it back together. The kit does not fit the newer Taurus guns with polomer triggers. Watch for answers to my post for more information. Thanks! A gunsmith in Franklin, TN wants $100 to do the trigger job. I'll watch your thread also |
