Just wanted to give a little feedback on recent customer service experience with Team Wendy.
I sent my carbon bump helmet in for the free rail upgrade which included free shipping as well. Turn around time was 4 days from when they received it to when they shipped it back to me. While it was there they noticed that the liner was missing a pad (it was) so they went ahead replaced everyting to include the Boa system. They replaced all of this for free as well. Essentially I now have a brand new, current model helmet with the most recent suspension system. I thought that was pretty good and that I'd share that experience. Good guys. |

For general NOD use I can't say enough good things about the Carbon helmet. It literally fits like a glove and is supremely comfortable. NODs are stable and perfectly aligned. Happy with it. |
Team Wendy makes great gear and is a stand up company. Don't rule out the LTP for a lightweight inexpensive bump helmet with all the comfort of a great suspension and all the secure NOD lockup of a metal shroud. Mine gets more use than any of my other helmets - some much more expensive.
