Are a “Schedule A” and an “Assignment to Trust” the same thing?
If not, is the: Schedule A – items/property the trust purchased or owns? Assignment to Trust – items/property I own and then give (assign) to the trust? For example a lower that I purchase (not with monies from the trust) then later want to SBR. Do either one of these need to be notarized? If the trust purchases NFA items with funds from the trust (via check or CC) what needs to be done once I take possession? Does the taking possession of said item need to be notarized? Thank you for the help, D |
| It may vary with state law but I just add the items to the schedule A. I have a working copy on my computer I type it in then I sign it but it does not have to be notarized but it couldn't hurt but would be a PITA every time you added something to get it notarized again! |
